Immigration Law

Immigration Law is a vast and complicated area of law that includes numerous areas, including family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, green cards, applications for citizenship, defense against deportation, and employment immigration.

Immigration cases involve a variety of agencies including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, immigration courts, and other divisions of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. It is our job at Law Offices of Daniel Ortiz to make navigating this web of case types and agencies as simple and efficient as possible.

Criminal Law

At Law Offices of Daniel Ortiz, we represent clients in a variety of criminal matters, including minor traffic offenses, driving without a license, DUI, and other misdemeanors and felonies. We are cognizant of the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, and strive to minimize the immigrant impacts of criminal cases to the extent allowed by the law.
